Little Ravens (Ages 3–6)

Healthy, strong, and confident from the very beginning.

Our Little Ravens program helps young students become healthy, strong, and confident while learning the foundations of Taekwondo. Students develop balance, flexibility, coordination, and agility in a fun and structured environment that promotes focus, respect, and positive habits.

Kids (Ages 7–13)

Building strong habits through martial arts.

Our Kids program expands on the fundamentals of Taekwondo while helping students develop confidence, discipline, and physical fitness. Training focuses on improving coordination, focus, and teamwork while guiding students through their martial arts journey.

Teens & Adults (Ages 14+)

Strength, discipline, and personal growth.

This program blends traditional Taekwondo training with modern instruction to help students build strength, resilience, and self-confidence. Whether training for fitness, self-defense, or personal development, students grow both physically and mentally.

Peak Performance Program

This program is specifically designed for and dedicated to training sport taekwondo athletes.

The program was developed by three time Olympian, Juan Miguel Moreno.

The mission of this program is to develop National Champions, National Team Members, and Olympians.
